" If you're like us, calling all riders, roll up beside us, no place to hide us, all freedom fighters, let's unite us, switch on your nitrous and...let's.. go..." Kyle sang under his breath, walking through the camp with an app over his shoulder and his Ipod playing in his ears, his voice slowly rolling over the 6:30 morning. Most if not everyone was still asleep. "Destination, for navigation, man up ya stations, feel the sensation surround invasion, with communication, move quick, we might avoid contamination "Kyle smirked, his first day back in camp and he was join to start it with a blast. He paused the music, and put the amp down right on the door step of the zues cabin and turned, looking at the camp, and pulled out some wires and some lights. He set the small skylights on the ground and hooked the cabels to them and then to his fingers, the same with the amps. Kyle let a chuckle escape his lips and let the energy escape his fingertips, and the lights shone, and Kyle hit play. "Down, Here comes the sound, everyone pound your feet to this Phenomenon, Now let's make it loud, let's show 'em all how you move to this phenomenon, Roll! Open your soul, maybe lose control inside of this phenomenon, just let your self go, and let everyone know you move to this phenomenon."Kyle smiled wide, laughing and took the cables off his fingers, thinking that that must have woke up at least half the camp as he wheeled it all inside his cabin. Course, why he was out there was a different story. Don't let these spiders crawl up beside us, they want to bite us, inject the virus. Raise up the lighters, praise to the righteous, we need to guide us, get...prepared..to.. go..Kyle had been in school for the most part, trying for his mother's sake to give another one a chance, but he ditched after a total of..... who knows how many months. And came back home. Camp half blood. Course, getting him from California was hard, and every turn he made felt really really weird. Like enemy territory. Really bad. but he made it in one piece, more or less. High 4's and everything. It took him more time then he thought though. .if you're like us, calling all riders, roll up beside is, no place to hide us, all freedom fighters, let's unite us, switch on your nitrous..and.. lets..go..Kyle walked over to his bunk, seeing it was still empty and no one took it and smirked, dropping his stuff on the floor and crashing in it for a second, then getting up and grabbing something from under his bed."There we are," Kyle said, pulling out a pair of sandles. They let him fly. Course, he could without, but these made it so much easier and effortless. Kyle slipped them on, wiping some dust off them and stood up, and they became regular sneakers, with socks. Kylar grinned, flexing his toes and gave a sigh of relief. Better."Now food," Kyle said, heading to the cabin door for the dinning hall.[/center]

As much as she wished it, Helen wasn’t asleep yet. She was in some baggy shorts and a year-old T-shirt from the camp, sitting on her bed reading a book. She chalked it up to having the strangest dream yesterday, and she wasn’t inclined to sit through another dream that would likely result in the same way. She could hear footsteps outside of the cabin. Today was one of the days where she wasn’t lucky enough to sleep with her half-brothers and sisters. No, instead, tonight, she was staying in Hera’s cabin. She felt weird, especially considering she was technically the counselor for Hera and Demeter’s cabin for a while yet. She wasn’t sure how she felt about it-especially considering she got twice the vote. It was ridiculous, but it had its perks.
Helen wondered what all the noise was about-it was like people were faintly humming. She bent the corner of her book-reminding herself that she would have to straighten that piece out later-and placed it on the part of the bed beside her. She pushed herself off and looked around for any shoes, deciding on some white flip-flops she only wore inside of the cabin. It got cold in here-fast. She usually kept a fire going, but she had been too lazy to do it that night. She was also too lazy to dress in pajama pants that, perhaps, wouldn’t freeze her butt off. She had reached the door, her hand on the doorknob, when a loud roar of music scared her, causing her to jump back and nearly knock over a lamp. She barely managed to catch it, the top cover part of the lamp almost touching the floor. Her eye twitched, but she straightened the lamp up and pulled the door open, just barely managing to catch a figure heading towards the inside of the Zeus cabin.
A scowl crossed her face, and she turned herself around to find a jacket. After finding a white one from Hollister, she slid it on and made her way outside-assuring the people who stuck their heads out of their cabins that she would handle it, even though she really didn’t want to. Christian had always told her that she had a knack for getting into danger, but would somehow manage to get herself out of it before she was in any actual danger. She always laughed at him and told him to get a life-especially since they were both in their teens. Any time she was around her step-brother, such petty little arguments would come out, but they got along for the most part. In fact, they got along better than most step-siblings did. However, her relationship with her step-mother was exactly what everyone always portrayed in the movies. As far as Emily was concerned, she was away at a boarding school. Even though her father had told her countless of times, she refused to believe that her mother was a goddess-something she always laughed at and pointed out that, if her mother wasn’t, then she wouldn’t be attacked as often.
She knocked on the door and opened, not bothering to listen for a reply. She stood at the doorway, somewhat awkwardly. The boy-for she guessed it was the boy because she really couldn’t see anyone else-who had caused the loud ruckus was messing with someone. But, she wasn’t the nosy time. She didn’t pay much attention to it. Instead, she focused her attention on his face. “What an entrance.” She said, her voice dripping with sarcasm. Helen may have been at the camp for a while yet, but she honestly didn’t pay much attention to the other campers unless they talked to her or to her cabin. Sure, she knew some of them, recognized most of them. For example, she couldn’t place a name on the guy, but she knew he was another counselor. “Woke up just about everyone in camp. Bravo.” She deadpanned, her arms crossed.

Kyle was checking his watches as someone walked into the room. his headphones switched songs, and he started to bob his head to it.
Look, listen to my voice If you're making the choice Tell me all the girls and the boys Either scream or rejoice Let's make that noise Either move or we will all be destroyed
Kyle looked at her and did a small bow, showing off and said," nice to see you again helen. How is everything?" Yes, he was completely ignoring the comment, and doing it rather nicely, as if they had just meet up again in the city during the day. not in the middle of the zues cabin at 6:30 in the morning after he snuck into camp.
"Come on, aren't you happy to see me back?" kyle asked, smirking and walked past her and out the open door. Kyle's smile was still on his face as he took a deep breath in, smelling the strawberries and the ocean. Gods me missed that.
Can you hear me? Stop, look, listen to my voice, It was never my choice to feel all alone This is my home
"Helen, um, why were you in Hera's cabin?" kyle asked, looking back up, Zues kids and hera....... most of the time did not get along. Not his fault ether. He respected hera and all, but finding a cowpatty on your front pourch was pretty bad.
"Anyways, were's breakfast?" kyle asked, willing his sneakers to life and he took off, into the sky and headed for the mess hall, all the while his headphones were blasting music that could be heard on the ground.
Move and show me what you can do When you step into the circle and shake like we do Move when you just can't take it And move if you just feel like breaking it

The way he almost completely threw her comments off nearly made her do a double take, nearly. She managed to resist it, but she couldn’t stop her eyes from twitching slightly at his slight bow. “I thought you were a child of Zeus, not a child of Hermes, Kyle.” She sighed, glad that the name had popped into her head as she had said it. Otherwise, Helen was sure that she would have made a fool of herself, and that was not something she planned on doing while she represented Hera tonight. In her conversations with the goddess, she had often complained that she had no love for the blasted children of her husband. Actually, for a deity, she was surprisingly ruthless when it came to talking about them, but she, herself, held no such hatred for them. In fact, being a child of Demeter, she really didn’t dislike any of her fellow campers. She got along with them just fine-although that probably had something to do with the fact that she rarely interacted with them unless she had to-like now. “Uh? Fine, I guess. Same old things as usual; no one’s tried to attack us or anything.”
Helen had never been in a relationship-hadn’t even bothered to ever attempt to flirt with a boy. Even though Hera didn’t particularly mind-and even her parents didn’t mind, she always felt like what she was doing was wrong. So, when people teased her-especially the boys-she always flushed. She had to scoff, although it came out like a strangled cough, and looked away, pretending to be annoyed and trying to urge all the color to get back out of her face. “Yeah, I really missed waking up to music.” She paused; raising an eyebrow as he walked passed her. The campers were beginning to assemble, all still groaning because they had been able to go to sleep due to their loud awakening. “But, no, I really didn’t. Just because I wasn’t asleep when you did it, this morning, doesn’t mean anything, either, Kyle. So, you can’t use that point against me.” He could if he wanted to, but she would just to do him what he had done to her; ignore it and move on.
“I was honoring her today-well, this week. I’ll move back into Demeter’s cabin next week.” She barely had enough time to answer before he was off in the sky and heading towards the mess hall. She could hear the music on the ground, and contemplated running after him. Looking down, she flushed slightly and headed towards her cabin to dress in clothes that didn’t look like she had just woken up. Once she was clad in jeans, a pink stringed top that had lines of red, purple, and yellow running around it, and brown puts that went over her jeans, she made her way towards the mess hall, too, her curly hair loose. She could see her bangs on her eyelashes, which meant that she would have to cut them pretty soon. When she arrived, her eyes scanned the room until they fell on Kyle. Helen had to stop herself from muttering under her breath, but she made a beeline towards him. “Why’d you ask a question and fly off?”

September rolled around in her bed, dragging her sheets that twisted around her into a burrito. She continued to roll, roll, roll, off her bed and landed on the floor with a dull THUD [/i]. As September's head impacted the floor, she was jolted awake with a smarting pain in her cranium. Groaning, she placed one hand on her forehead and cursed under her breath. Utilizing the unused arm, September managed to push herself up off the grass-covered floor and the gather the sheets and blankets on the bed. Climbing back in, she gave her head a good shake and let both hands support her on the bed and she leaned on them. September slumped her head on the pillow, trying to fall asleep again, but couldn't. Music could be heard blasting outside through the windows, and to be honest, it was a horrible song. September growled as she tried to ignore the rather distasteful music outside. It was annoying and loud. Doesn't that idiot know there are people sleeping? A few minutes passed and the music resided, leaving her in peace. Sighing, September closed her eyes again and tried to fall asleep again. No avail. She had been fully awakened, despite her droopy eyelids. Muttering under her breath angrily, September violently flung herself out of the bed and on to her feet to get dressed. Quickly slipping on some ripped jeans, a semi-ripped T-shirt that said "VIVA" accompanied by a shiny leather jacket, September made way for the door. She grabbed her arm-warmers and strapped on her boots before going outside just in time to see someone shoot off into the sky towards the Mess Hall. Walking nonchalantly, but with purpose and annoyance, September arrived at the scene of the flight. She was surprised to see Helen there, her half-sister whom she somewhat affectionately dubbed "H-sis". Giving her the sup nod, September asked, "H-sis, who the hell was that? He ruined my sleeping pattern for the week." She noticed Helen had a thoughtful expression on her face, so she left her to be. September was about to go to the Mess Hall herself when she heard music playing. Looking around, she tried to find the source and her eyes landed on a pair of headphones on the ground. Picking them up, September examined them. They were in very good shape and played music like a surround system. Smirking, she slipped them on to her head. "These are mine now." she declared to Helen and whoever else happened to be near them. Turning around, September left to the Mess Hall and beckoned Helen to accompany her. Outfit: HAHA![/blockquote]

"Rock on, i'll take you on," kyle sang under his breath, "head strong, i'll take on anyone. I know, that you were wrong. head strong. head strong.," Kyle loved the rock and roll. Course, He was a musician.
kyle poked his head into the mess hall, seeing it still being set up. he waved at his friends that were Sytars, and ducked his head back out. It was a descent day.
Till she stole his head phone. "What ever," Kyle said as she took his headphones OFF HIS SHOULDERS! (PS, they were not on the ground, they were on his head.) Kyle pulled the jack out of his Ipod and took out another set of headphones and started to listen again." Um, who are you?" Kyle asked, unsure who she was. It didn't stay on his mind that long though. Helen asked her question and he smirked.
"Well, It was a retorical question. One that doesn't need an answer. Something like that anyways," Kyle said, dismissivly. It wasn't big on his mind, till he snizzed. "ACHOO!" Kyle said, sneezing into the wind away from the two girls and lightning escaped his body and zapped the ground at his feet. "Dang. Strawberries and sea. Got to love those smells. That and the stables," he said, chuckling the last one.
Kyle smirked, looking at september in a "I-am-trying-not-to-check-you-out-at-all," Look and looked away. Being in an all Boy's boarding school........ long time indead. Kyle exhaled and asked," So, what has been happening here? And where is everyone else?" Been a while in dead.

“Uh-augh.” Helen rolled her eyes, dismissing Kyle slightly with a wave of her hand before smiling at her half-sister. “Seriously, Embs? You were still asleep? Come on, it’s gotta be at least…seven or so by now.” She teased and ran a hand through her hair. She let it go without saying that she was tired too, and that their fellow camper hadn’t helped her get to sleep, either. When her sister grabbed the headphones, she was almost thankful that she wasn’t going to have to fight to be heard before he pulled out another pair. She raised an eyebrow at that, but decided to let it go because, really, she didn’t want to know how many headphones he had just on his person. If she were a more playful person, she’d take that pair and see if he took out another, but she didn’t because she wasn’t. She would be too embarrassed to do something like that. Instead, curving her attention back on her fellow counselor, she gave him a look.
“September, this is Kyle. Kyle, this is my sister, September.” She introduced, almost surprised that he didn’t really know who she was. The two of them had, after all, belonged to the same cabin. But, not really caring much to know, she crossed her arms and glowered at the boy. Because, even though she had been awake at the time, she had planned on catching some sleep that morning before she had to go off and do her activities with the rest of the Demeter cabin. “Was it really necessary to wake us up? You could have just arrived like a normal person.” Then again, even among just regular Half-bloods, Kyle wasn’t normal. And, maybe it was just her being catty about not getting enough sleep. Normally, she didn’t care about the children of Zeus. Her deity could hate them, but that didn’t mean she had to. But, she was in priestess mode, and she had lost any sleep she should have gotten that morning cause he decided to blast his music.
She gave him a, ‘Are-you-freaking-serious?’ look before rolling her eyes and staring at the ground with dislike. She felt extremely bad for the ground since he had shocked it, and made a mental note to come back later with some water to pour on that spot later. “Yeah-strawberries…Hey, are we the ones working on that field today, or is it their turn?” She was, of course, directing her question towards her sister, and ‘their’ meant the Dionysus cabin. She should have probably known, but she had been busy yesterday and hadn’t gotten the information. Besides, Helen was allowed to forget every once in a while.
forgot to link the outfit. [/blockquote]

September yawned loudly as she plugged her newly stolen headphones into her ipod. She ignored the boy's overreaction when she took his headphones, and just glared at him. Seeing that he pulled another set of headphones just as quickly, she scoffed with disgust. This boy had no sense of good music, listening to that petty excuse. Flipping through her ipod, September chose Time Bomb, by All Time Low. So far, they were her favorite band.
September nodded as H-sis introduced her to that son of Zeus. Kyle, his name was? Shaking her head, she merely glared at Kyle. He seemed very outgoing and arrogant, two traits that September could live without in a person. Looking at Kyle, she noticed that he was pretending that he wasn't checking her out. Growling deeply, September had to resist the urge to smack that boy in the face. Instead she brought some vines up from the ground that twined tightly around his feet. They stayed put that is, until Kyle gave a violent sneeze that sent electric shocks through the vines which ultimately broke. The ground was singed as well.
"Fils d'une sorcière! What did you do that for? Electrocuting the ground? Dieu me damne!" September exclaimed. Her voice was dripping with anger, as she nearly drew her katana out. 'No, don't take it out. Don't take the katana out and resist the urge to bash his head.' she thought to herself. Letting out a deep sigh, September folded her arms. Her ipod had already played 3 other songs, and now it was on its 4th. Turning up the volume, September decided to ignore everything that was happening around her at the moment and just wait for something exciting to happen.
RUMBLARGH [/b]. Spetember looked down and felt her stomach growl with hunger. Shrugging it off, she turned to see that H-sis was asking her a question. Pausing her music and wrapping her headphones around her neck, September shrugged again. "Sorry, but what did you say? Didn't catch that."[/blockquote]

Kyle's smirked, but this time, i wasn't cheerful. It was very very dark humer when both girls looked at the ground. he also noticed the singled vines. "September, when you have lightning in your very veins, and more then one million volts of eletricity contained saftly inside you and it is constantly growing, you find it hard to control it. Be glad that i learned to control it, other wise we would be looking at more then a little burnt grass." Kyle held Septembers gaze. It was easy for him. he had been giving the "I-don't-give-a-shit" look ever since he left camp to go to that stupid boarding school.
"Oh, and Helen, I wasn't aiming to wake you up personally, I was just going for a bang," he said, turning from one child of Demeter to the councler of that cabin. "It is just how I roll." he said, shrugging and brushed some dirt of his shoulder, sparks zapping out every time he did. he did it on purpose though that time, showing off to sebtember. It was also an eletric cold shoulder that had the most sutble dis to it. He HATED when people called out his lightning or when he couldn't control it and called him an idiot for it. "Also, September, Je peux comprendre ce que vous dites," kyle said, smirking. he took a course in french. One of the only classes he liked.
At that moment, kyle smelt and heard that food was done by the settle of plates and the done smells from inside. " excusez-moi," kyle said, taking a bow and turned, walking away, his figure relaxed, but a little tensed." First day here, and already someone comments on the lightning. I might need to vent soon though. usually don't do stuff like that," he thought, taking a plate of eggs and made small talk with the sytars as he went, saying Hi and glad to be back. He excussed himself and walked over to the fire place, and Pushed a peice of eggs off his plate into the fire, saying," To you father, but........... zues, and everyone else," Kyle said, tossing in a peice of toast in walking away, heading to his table.
Kyle sat down, his fingures clinking on the metal table and took a bite. "there goes my good mood," Kyle said, taking another bite, and yelped as his bit his tounge and a spark escaped his mouth."damn it," he thought, pushin the lightning down. his lightning felt like it was growing, But kyle pushed that thought away, putting his headphones on and listening to "We found love in a hopeless place," And smirked. "Yeah, but not yet," he said, nodding his head to it.
(I had muse to make him mad right now,and his growing powers come in later in my plotting.)

Sometimes, okay on more occasions that she could possibly count, she wondered how she got herself into such situations where she would have to face things she didn’t like. For example, although she was upset that the ground was singed , she was even more upset by the fact that Kyle had a lightning ability. She felt herself go slightly pale and almost even slightly nauseated. If there was one thing that Helen was afraid of-one thing she could count as a sure weakness in herself-it was lightning. It wasn’t that she was petrified of it-because, she wasn’t. It just frightened her. She stared at the ground, almost ignoring the fact that her half-sister was perfectly content in giving Kyle enough of a talking to for the both of them-even though she couldn’t understand any of it. (She knew it was French, though, that was just a language she hadn’t bothered to take.) She had, after all, taken German for what little schooling she actually had outside of camp.
She only snapped back to attention, and in doing so managed to take a step back, when Kyle made a retorting comment towards September. And, feeling the need to keep the peace, she stuck her hands up. “Hey, calm down-both of you. Embs, Kyle’s a counselor. You kind of have to respect him…” Helen trailed off before turning towards Kyle with a shrug. Her face was still ashen. “Kyle, you have to understand…we’re children of Demeter-and you burned the ground. What’s more, I’m a priestess of Hera. On principle, I’m bounded to be more than a little biased towards you…you’re not making this easy, even if you don’t care what we think about you.”
She stared at him-in a way that kind of proved she was trying really hard not to. She knew, and somewhat understood, that everything he was doing was so that he could taunt September, but it was bugging her more than it was annoying her sister. Her eyes were fixed on his shoulder, and she wasn’t sure how much more pasty she could get. “Please.” She muttered, closing her eyes and half-heartedly wrapping her fingers across her bracelet. When she had first become a follower, she had been given the bracelet to protect herself-especially considering she had taken an oath not to fight anyone-to never actually, intentionally harm someone. It turned itself into a shield-one that had given her many-a bruises for never paying any attention to which direction she was aiming it when she opened it. Helen has a nasty habit of messing with it whenever she was nervous. “Don’t do that.” She mumbled, glancing over at September as if to say, “quit aggravating him. For the love of all that’s in Olympus, quit it please.” Of course, she would never say anything like that-but that was what she was thinking. She calmed down somewhat when he actually addressed her. She shrugged a bit before wincing. “I wasn’t asleep. I was just getting to sleep-I was gonna take a nap-when I heard the music. It’s everyone else you woke up.”
When Kyle walked off, and September’s stomach groaned, she noticed just how hungry she was, too. Except, her stomach wasn’t growling yet. She was thankful for that, really. She was just about to follow Kyle when she noticed that September actually began to respond to her question. “Are we working the field today-or is it the kids of Mr. D’s cabin’s day to work?” She asked again.
